Privacy & Content Policy

This policy explains how JXT Studios (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit jxtstudios.com or use our app Blox Fruits Codes. We keep it simple: we don’t collect personal data ourselves, but our advertising partner does collect anonymous device data to show ads.

1. Who we are

2. Data we do NOT collect

The app does not collect personal data such as your name, photo, email, phone number or precise location directly. We do not create user accounts and we do not share personal information you haven’t given us with any other entity.

On the website we only receive what you send us by email. We may use anonymized analytics in the future (browser type, pages visited) but without identifying you.

3. Advertising — Start.io

We allow a third-party company to serve ads inside the app: Start.io (formerly StartApp). When you use the app, Start.io and its partners may collect certain anonymous information to provide and personalize advertisements. This may include:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID) / Android Advertising ID
• Device type, model, OS version and carrier
• Approximate location derived from IP, and other technical data relating to your device
• Browsing activity and app usage (e.g., which ads you view or tap)

Start.io may use this anonymous information to show you more relevant ads. Start.io does not receive your name, email or photo from us. You can learn how Start.io handles data in its Privacy Policy.

4. Website ads (if enabled)

If we enable ads on the website in the future (AdSense or similar), those providers may also use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on prior visits. Our ads.txt lists authorized sellers.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies for core functionality. Advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers for ad delivery. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings and limit ad tracking from your device settings.

6. How to opt out of personalized ads

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” / “Delete advertising ID”. You can also reset your Advertising ID there.
• Interest-based ads: Visit Start.io opt-out and your device privacy settings.

Opting out will not remove ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

7. Legal basis

We process any data under legitimate interest (keeping the app and site running), consent where required (non-essential cookies / personalized ads), and legal obligations if applicable.

8. Data retention

Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you. Advertising data collected by Start.io is retained per Start.io’s policy. Aggregated analytics, if used, are kept per the tool’s settings.

9. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of any information you sent us by email, and object to certain processing. Email us at contact@jxtstudios.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 without parental supervision. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Start.io and other providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards per their policies.
